KIDS/JUNIORS & TEENS
Our Kids/Juniors & Teens Program accommodates ages from 5 -7 years old (Kids), 8-11 years old (Juniors) and 12-15 years old (Teens).
NoGi classes are available for Juniors and Teens.

Lucas Wilhan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, Gi and NoGi specialist. Originally from Montreal, Canada, he has a wide range of competition accolades and over 12 years of experience in teaching our art to adults, kids and competitors.
