Pauline Bak

Pauline is a Gi and No-Gi female Black Belt Instructor and Competitor originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

From the original hub of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Pauline's journey had a lot of the authentic BJJ lifestyle in Rio de Janeiro. From training to 'açai' bowls on the beach and tournaments under the 40°C weather of the summer in Rio, she has accumulated several Gold medals and was South American Champion.

Her background in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management allowed her to use her expertises to provide the best customer service for her students and to inspire people to achieve their black belts no matter what their journey is.

​

She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and her understanding of body mechanics and movements add value to our curriculum. She has been teaching Jiu Jitsu since her purple belt, between private lessons, group classes for kids, teens, adults and women.
